The loader, for both evas and emotion, are indeed GPL. Still this isn't an issue anymore, as while merging library, we had to also merge some of their binaries which where under GPL. As you can see in our copying file, we already have GPL part in our tree. As the loader will not technically change (strict process insulation), I don't see any licensing issue. They will stay under GPL and the rest will stay under there own license.
