I should add that people ought to actually thank both Carsten and William for
being passionate about their views and speaking out in defense of those.
Carsten has done a truly remarkable job in leading this project from its
infancy to its current state... If anyone thinks it's even remotely easy to
lead a group to write gfx/event libs and a modular wm based on them, then I
suggest they give it a shot. Failings and all, it's a tremendous accomplishment.
Many that were part of this 'project' worked hard as well, and often fought and
argued.. sometimes heavily, but always with the passion to do greater things as
they saw such.
And if that's what people like Mr. Thomson feel as well, then he too deserves
thanks from those currently here.

Actually, from what I've seen of the project nowadays, I'd say that things
seem
to have improved considerably over what it used to be like.. say 8 - 18 yrs ago.
