It works fine for me. You might need to unbind the e17 bindings for scroll wheel events (using "enlightenment_remote -binding-wheel-del"), since they mask the engage bindings.
i only deleted the CONTEXT=CONTAINER entries, and now it works fine. (i had several CONTAINER entries, as well as 4 each of CONTEXT=BORDER and CONTEXT=POPUP. didn't need to touch those, just ones for the container context.)
