Ok, I'll try to rephrase the question so you all
dictionary-definition-nazi will be happy :)

Why don't you consider adding an open wiki that requires little or no
authentication at all to the enlightenment site-ring?

An open wiki that requires little or no authentication is a powerful
instruments in the hands of the users, and it could prove useful to
the developers as a way to collect and organize the users feedback.

So are you going to set up an open wiki that requires little or no
authentication?

Bye ;)
