Jaime, I would echo Jim's comment. Enterasys is the ONLY place you should be downloading firmware from. They've put a lot of time, effort and experience into producing the N-Series (as well as everything else!) and its only right that firmware is sourced direct from them. If that means you need to purchase a support contract to get it, then that just means they can grow to produce even better and more feature-rich kit and continue providing EXCELLENT customer service.
