I would like to add to the customer service comment. After all the vendors I have worked with over the years, they are the only company I know that on EVERY phone call are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their weekend support is fantastic.
Additionally they keep their engineers. I know several engineers by voice, and I have been at my institution for 5 years. I know of no other company that commands that kind of loyalty. All their engineers are top notch.
