Running two Firefox browsers doesn’t work well, apparently since ESR52 pretends
to be FF52, which I think MacOS thinks is a older version of the FF60 (or
whatever) it also sees, and so it starts that FF57+ up without saying which it
is, and wrecks my profile. I use the ProfileManager to try to avoid this,
but, like I said, it doesn’t say what version of Firefox it’s starting up, go
accidents happen.

But what I was after here was whether there was any notion of upgrading ESR52’s
javascript engine in the works? Very likely not, but I thought I’d ask before
jumping to conclusions.

Thanks!
