Eric, I posted a similar problem (request for help) to the list last week
and have yet to hear anything back from anyone. I manually deleted
everything I could, but the problem recurs.
I asked the list if I should (and best way to) delete all the data from my
Visor and haven't hear anything.
I wish I could help you (I wish I could help me)...I suppose the problem
either didn't seem interesting enough to merit reply, or (more probably) no
one knows how to address the problem.
I will certainly forward you and helpful info that I find.
