I have to back Steve up on this. During my military time we had to use
"TEMPEST READY" computers to process classified info. The one distinguishing
feature, and this also lends credence to the "flux reading" argument," was a
metal mesh screen over the glass on the monitor (it was heck to read and
even a bigger pain to clean!) I assume there was shielding inside the case
also. Oh, the cable that connected the keyboard to the CPU was also heavily
shielded.
