It works every time, in my experience Great. FWIW, I'm now seeing a recurring glitch with message displays in a folder. If a folder is set to live sync in IMAP, and a message is received that sorts towards the top of the list of messages, entourage doesn't always refresh the listing properly, and some of the messages are listed twice (but if you click on them, the message refreshes and shows the real message hiding underneath it).
