Are you sure they are selecting the right 'Eudora folder'? If you still can't get it to import, you can import the mail folders in the 'Eudora folder' individually by selecting "Import message from an MBOX format text file" on the 1st screen of the Entourage Import dialog and then navigating to the Eudora mail folders.
