I do this for a departmental mailing list that we maintain. The list isn't
used that much, and when a message arrives it looks like it comes from an
individual. A couple of times I've accidentally replied, thinking it was a
message from a colleague; of course, the reply goes out to everyone -- which
can be dangerous!

So, when a message comes from this list, I add a prefix "FROM THE
LINGUISTICS LIST!!!" and set the category to one that is colored red. This
gets my attention enough that I hopefully won't embarrass myself!
