The MLM itself can burst most digests; check the box in the advanced options tab when you set up the mailing list rule. Lists managed on YahooGroups.com will NOT burst properly using Entourage's built-in command. You need the script "Burst OneList digest" from AppleScript Central. You can then set the MLM to run that script when a message arrives (also on the advanced tab). > >> Ideally, I THINK I'd like the digests to arrive in my inbox but get filed >> after I read them in a designated folder for the mailing list. I find it is preferable to let MLM file the messages in a folder set aside for that list, as they arrive. If you click-and-hold on the "Mail" button in the upper left of the browser window, you will see a list of all folders containing unread mail. This is a really quick way to check if there is new mail from a list (or from anyone). Or, you can set up a Custom View that will display all unread messages that are from a mailing list (set up in Advanced Find, test it out, and when you've got what you want, save it as a Custom View). > >> One disappointment in importing my email database from Emailer was that EfX >> listed EVERYTHING as unread! > > That's strange, I've never heard of that problem before. > Nor have I.
