Is there a way you can remove folders then try the import? You didn't mention details of your system, but I'm guessing it might be a memory issue. By doing a partial import this should solve that problem and/or identify a bad message that could be causing the problem. --Did you rebuild Emailer before starting the process? -- Increase the memory allotted to Entourage to the maximum you can. -- If the import quits, note what folder was last to import completely, and (in Claris Emailer) delete all the messages that have already imported. Then, restart the import. -- A third suggestion is to empty the Deleted Items folder in Emailer before starting the import, as you obviously do not want to import deleted messages. -- Diane -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
