I just imported my database (20 mb) from claris emailer. Are you using Claris Emailer 2.0 v3 because I remember reading somewhere that you have to have that version to be able to import into Entourage. Another idea is to use a program called Emailer Archive Solution and archive some of your old email. Still have access to them if you need them and then can easily cut down on your database size.
