To each his own. I choose to NOT "Allow Online Access" for various reasons. For anyone who shares that preference, the instructions in my previous message provide one (easy) approach to managing "bulk" message deletion on the server (assuming one's account-level server options are configured to leave messages on the server, which Bryan's obviously are since he's seeing the icons in the first place). I suppose "which method is easier/easiest" is a subjective judgment for each person to make based on their own e-mail habits and use of the program. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
