I've received so much help from people on this list in the last couple days. I first want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone.
Now that I have office running pretty stable, I need to address another Entourage X problem I have been having. With Hotmail - every now and then when I go to send a message, it comes back with an error saying my account name does not match the account. But, of course, it does. I have to delete the account and set it up again, and then it works. I thought this was just a quirk with Hotmail. But, today I tried to access the news server from my dsl provider (qwest.net). Guess what! Connection failure. If I set up the account again, it connects just fine. Now I am thinking that these might be related. Of course, the big question is, how do I avoid this? It really is a royal PITA.
