It's worth experimenting, Richard. Do you see the "New Group" button in the
toolbar of the Address Book? See what might happen if you pre-select your
contacts in the Address Book, using the standard Mac technique of
command-click for multiple selections (or shift-click the outer ones if
they're all bunched together if they have the same category and you've
sorted by category), and THEN click that button. I just tried it myself - I
didn't know the answer before I tried it out. It's always worth guessing at
something intelligent in Entourage and trying it - the developers are very
clever, although the documentation writers don't always know it.

Fabulous! What a wonderful shortcut! Before I wrote to you, I went to
Microsoft Knowledge base and typed in key words Entourage Groups and didn't
find anything.

A. Is there an extensive Entourage manual available anywhere online?

B. I want to take my large group and create a second group that contains
only some of these people. I was hoping I could do a "Save As", then edit
out unwanted names of the second group, but "Save As" is grayed out. I have
tried experimenting, but can't find a way. I'm sure you'll come up with
something that should have been obvious to me. Thanks in advance.
