Mostly just by being on this mailing list for a year or two longer than you
have. You'll pick it all up eventually. The manual is more of an
introduction - it doesn't seem to have too many advanced topics. This is
actually in the Help ("POP mail account options - Header") but I don't know
how you'd ever find it if you didn't know what to look for. Perhaps the new
book on Microsoft Office X has tops like this -I should think it probably
would.

Oooh, we're definitely moving ahead here! Full meal, plus a few Belgian
beers, great! I was in Brussels once or twice, and liked it very much. Once
was after spending a whole summer in Italy, then a week traveling back to
England (where I then lived) through Austria and Germany, which was a bit of
a culture shock after the more leisurely ways of Italy. When I arrived in
Brussels and went for a wonderful lunch, just walking in somewhere without
it being anywhere special, I marveled (and was thankful for) the existence
of French-influenced cuisine so far north. (Don't worry, I know about both
cultures there. I'm originally from Montreal, where we also specialize in
bi-polar-culturalism.)
