Well, then, you apparently *are* using your ISP's email account to send and
receive email, and it's set as the Default Email Account in Entourage. So,
yes, you do need that account in Entourage.

You can, though, make some other account the default, and then if you don't
want to use your ISP's email account anymore, you could delete it in that
case. But I doubt if that's what you really want to do.

I also missed this part of your original message:

In 'Mail & News Preferences...', under 'Reply & Forward', there is a
checkbox for 'Reply using the default account.' Is that checked? If so,
uncheck it, and replies will use whatever account you used to send the
message.
