Are none of the recipients you forward to receiving attachments or is it just CC and BCC recipients? Perhaps you need to visit the following preference: Mail & News Preferences... -> Compose -> Send attachments to Cc and Bcc recipients -Remo Del Bello -- No sense being pessimistic.
