The easiest ways would probably be two create criterion like the following: IF Any Header CONTAINS Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00 IF Any Header CONTAINS Forte Agent IF Any Header CONTAINS Microsoft Outlook (and continue this for some popular PC e-mail programs) THEN Increase Text Size. You could also assign categories to the senders in your address book who use Windows-based computers to send and receive e-mail. Then, go to Entourage (or Edit) -> General Preferences. Click on the Address Book tab, then check the option to "Automatically apply sender's categories to messages". One could then create a rule IF Category IS Windows THEN Increase Text Size -- Mickey Stevens Microsoft Mac MVP The Entourage Help Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
