Sure, send me one as an attachment (drag it to the attachments area of your
reply to this). I'll be able to see it as though it were sent to me, I
think.

I've been told that we should be able to change character set on any
incoming message. But I've had the identical thing happen to me, with the
menu going inactive. I figure it must be a bug of some kind.

Incidentally, your mail shows as being sent by "Thunderbird" rather than
Entourage. What is that?
