Thanks for the reply, Remo. Your suggestion does enable me to fix each repeating event. But this is a nasty bug or a terrible bit of user interface design. I normally run with toolbars hidden, so the options popup menu was not visible. Even if visible, it is not at all obvious that the options menu would be relevant to the problem. And now I apparently need to go through the entire calendar, selecting every recurring event and holiday, and then applying a multi-step correction. All this because I simply changed my time zone? I think MS has released six updates to Office X.
