Oh for goodness sake. Richard is not talking about web-based graphics HTML. He's just talking about the sort of rich text that Entourage's HTML can do.
Go ahead and use HTML, Richard. Yours are always very tasteful. It' true that there are some people who have these quasi-religious objections to it that you've just seen here. Puritans. so once in a while you'll offend someone, I suppose. You probably don't have too many friends with that sort of objection-on-principle. It's mostly only old-time usenet geeks who feel that way. I wonder if they bleach their magazines too, and watch only black-and-white TV. As Jud said, almost all email clients nowadays can read the plain text version that Entourage always sends out to accompany the HTML version. so if anyone has that sort of reader, or chooses to view only plain text, they'll see your message OK in plain text.
