This is an odd one. We're just starting to test-deploy Entourage as a client for our Exchange 200 server. I have one client experiencing a consistent failure where HTML-formatted mail is concerned. The messages in question do not cause a crash, but simply show up blank. If I look at the code view, the HTML code is all present. If I forward, reply to, or otherwise manipulate the message in such a way as to quote the original content, it displays correctly. But the original message itself never displays. It's devoid even of text or code...just completely blank.
I've tried an advanced database rebuild. I've removed com.apple.internetconfig.plist and com.microsoft.explorer.plist. I've dumped the Entourage prefs from both the Microsoft User Data folder at the ~/Library/Preferences directory. I've removed and recreated the Exchange account, all to no avail. I can't find anything that looks definitely malformed in the headers, and when the client uses OWA, the mail displays correctly.
