Absolutely -- I do this with many messages! It used to be easier: you just
set the color of the message in a rule. But in Entourage, you can't do this.

Instead, create a category for your three accounts. In the toolbar, find the
"Categories" icon, pull down the menu, and choose "Edit Categories." Create
your three categories and assign colors to them.

Next, create a rule that can recognize the message as it arrives (e.g. by
the "To" address") and have the rule assign the appropriate category to the
message. I suggest darker colors for valuable messages and lighter colors
for less valuable messages. For example, I have messages from my boss appear
in dark reddish-brown, messages from my family appear in bright blue, and
junk mail in light grey.
