If you assign categories to a contact, it's makes it easy to manage the rule
for that category.

Example:
Rule to move work category to Work folder. You enter a new work contact and
add the work category to this address. You do not have to add the name to
rule.

Tip: be sure to include "Is not from a mailing list" or you'll get mailing
list mail in your buddy folder.
