No problem. 

I've gotten a couple more of these and noticed that the subjects of these
spam emails always contain three periods [...], although the text before and
after changes. For example:

    Cheaper meds...congenial
    he loves you electro ...captivate
    perscriptions overnight fredericksburg...curb

and so forth. 

For now, I'm going to try the criteria where "Subject contains ..." combined
with "From contains @mac.com" (they always use my domain in the From field)
and "From is not in address book" and see how it works. Not ideal, but
that's all I can come up with.
