Well, the quote thing doesn't work anyway, possibly because Entourage's criteria fields don't even recognize the quote mark (or that's my guess, anyway). I agree about the [...] thing possibly tagging false positives, which is why I added two other criteria (From contains @mac.com, From is not in address book) to minimize that likelihood. Question is, can you come up with a better criteria? I'm all ears.
