No. That's what is so puzzling. The spam rule (from not in address book) only works on these messages if I manually apply that one rule. If I apply all rules (there are only 2) these spam emails remain unaffected. > If not, then it is most likely that there is a rule higher up that is > catching the message and either moving the message, or the rule has the 'do > not apply other rulles�' flag set I thought about that, too, but I tried putting the spam rule above only other rule I have (a rule to alert me to email over a certain size), and it still does not flag the spam when "Apply All Rules" is selected. I previously had a dozen or so spam rules, but I recently trashed them all and set up the "from not in address book" one instead. Could the Rules file be corrupted or something? Can/should I delete it?
