"Export-Import Entourage X" from

 MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

will transfer everything except rules, schedules and links to a new identity
and will be corruption-free.

Before you do this, try deleting your remaining rules and recreate them.
Also try removing the Rules file from your Identity folder, then making a
new rule.

If neither of those works, then you should go ahead and export while you can
still get into your identity. The fact that the Rebuilds (even Typical?) did
not complain that it couldn't complete the rebuild seems to indicate that
this may not be corruption. You say:

Instead of "category is spam", make the rule action

<Change status> <Junk mail>

I think it may be just your Rules file which is corrupt if it's not moving
the message to the folder as per the next action.

Something may be wrong with this rule (which MUST come first).

It's always possible there's something wrong with the MLM, I guess. You're
sure you have no extra entries in there?
