Title: More on a problem?
I dislike replying to my own messages, but there is more info that I have learned about this issue. Only some of my mailbox folders were exported, probably less than half. No contacts, tasks, notes, or addresses were exported at all. Yes, I had all of those items checked off. The file size of the archive was relatively small compared to my identity, so this is consistent.

This issue is not one that I need to resolve right away, as I’ve just made a backup, but I would like archiving to work eventually. Should I try a complex rebuild and try it again, or is there an error in the archive module?

Any comments from those in the know would be appreciated.

Today I tried to use the Archive function in E ‘04 to export my messages for safekeeping. An error message said that there was an error exporting one of my messages and that my database might be corrupted. Following the message’s advice, I ran the Database utility. It presented a clean bill of health.

There are no obvious problems with the way E’04 is functioning apart from this one issue. Is the problem more likely with the Utility, the Database, or perhaps with a rogue email that the Utility just doesn’t like?
