Same here, i.e. if the original attachment doesn't work, I go back to iPhoto, and click on Email Button, which creates a new email in Entourage (my Default Email Application). Then I paste the text from the original email.
Sometimes I have to go back to iPhoto several times to email the same photos. Sometimes in the process of pasting text from the original email, I get this this Error 4362.
