Yes there is. Cmd-Delete means delete the current item in Entourage. It's
been this way since back in the OE days. It's very unlikely we'd change
this. We could assign it to option-delete, which seems more standard (and by
the way also works in Word).

Uh, you know that members of the Entourage team are on this list, right?
Inserting a URL works fine, witness:
http://www.msn.com/

We don't allow you to have an <A> link where arbitrary text has a link
associated with it. Modifying our current text editor to allow this would be
a non-trivial amount of work, and so far the cost/benefit for such a feature
hasn't been attractive compared to other things we can (or more importantly
need to) do.
