Nope. (By any chance do they have the Student and Teacher Edition? I just
wonder if maybe it expects different users to use a different product key.)
I think there's an invisible file in the Office subfolder that contains PK
info, but nothing in the Identity folder does. It's probably a fail-safe
when there is no Identity folder whatsoever - Entourage must think you're
installing for the first time and asks for the Product Key. How about if
they just put the Identity folder back? Won't it just launch then?

Not being sent "out" by whom? Your ISP? The list mail server?
