Or let's say a "hiatus". The present going-around-in-circles is pointless and a disaster: what it really means is that there currently is no official feedback route in place. You're right not to attempt that "Help" route. They discontinued the former method of reporting feedback (Help/Send Feedback) which at least _felt_ good. We were assured at one time that reports actually up somewhere, but it looks as if that changed. (My guess is that they ended the contract of some outsource team, for reasons unknown.) They say it's a priority to get a Feedback mechanism in place again, and I'm sure it is. I hope we'll be hearing about it soon. In the meantime, you should report bugs to the Entourage newsgroup, where there are a few testers. On the Word newsgroup, you might even get a reply from one - rarely on the Entourage one. The MVPs on this mailing list often also pass on bug reports to MS. Believe me, the issue you're talking about is a known issue. If what matters to you is that you get direct feedback from a MacBU person, well then I think you're going to be disappointed. You won't know for sure that your reports were noticed - but then again you never could be sure. But most matters of any importance do get escalated. Let's hope that Feedback reporting gets reinstated soon. Microsoft sometimes is just too big a company. This hiatus has gone on far too long. I'm with you all the way. Go right on bitching about it - frankly I think it's the most important "bug" of all. I really wish they'd hurry up and plug the gap. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - **2004**, X or 2001.
