I find that amazing, because I send attachments with Entourage all the time. I have never paid any attention to whether or not I attach files before or after I write a message, and I have never, to my knowledge, seen an Error 4362 reported when I sent these messages. In other words, I do not believe I have EVER seen this problem. And you have it every day? Scott, I really wonder if there is something wrong with your database. Have you done a total rebuild? (If not, try it.) If so, did the problem disappear for a while and then return? If that is the case, I think you may be experiencing a variant of some database corruption problems I had for a long time. They were not associated with attachments. But I did see Error 4362 messages, and others, when I clicked on particular messages. If I deleted those messages by hiding the preview pane, so I could select them and delete them, the problem would disappear for a while, but then crop up in another folder. And rebuilding the database would seem to fix it for a few days, but then it would come back. The only workaround I found was the extremely painful one of creating a completely new Entourage identity, and then exporting everything and importing it all into the new identity, using Paul's Export-Import Entourage scripts. I say painful, because it took me the better part of three days to completely handle everything, including recreating all my rules, MLM entries, schedules, and accounts. It was hell, but once I did that, my corruption problems never came back. Incidentally, I did report this to Microsoft, and being an MVP, I had access to the person working on it. So I learned that the problem has been isolated, fixed, and will be including in a forthcoming update.
