You don't give us enough information for us to make a specific suggestion. Do you
intend to fly with it? Are you going to hike in the mountains with it? Bike with it?
Do you need it to be attached to you at all times so you can work out of it? Will you
need rapid access to your equipment in a photojournalist environment? The list goes on!
Without this kind of information, it's unlikely that anyone here can make a solid
recommendation that you would be thankful for.
Also, search the discussion forum archives at http://photo.net for this kind of
question. There are 5 years worth of "What bag should I buy?" questions over there.
