the optics.
I also had a great deal of Tokinas - 80-200 AT-X pro 2.8, 28-80 AT-X Pro 2.8,
300/4.0 AT-X, and all offer great glass, only AF is rather on the slow side.
Well 28-80 2.8 has a new AF, which is plenty fast for me.
Sigma's new (or not so new anymore) EX series - I had only 50 2.8 Macro EX
and it was great. I understand other EX series are very good too.
