Wow! A cadaver Canon 1.4X tele-extender!

I can think of a number of additional experiments:

1) Reverse the optical elements so that the image circle is *SMALLER*
Why make a 0.7X vignetter? To use wide angle lenses on the EOS D30
CMOS sensor, of course! :-)  It this works, this one would *REALLY*
popular.

2) Try to fit a *tiny* switch to enable/disable the extra 3 pins.
Maybe a reed switch activated by an external magnet?
