Hi WJM,

A 1.8 kg Point and Shoot for web pictures and e-mail :-)

Hmm, 1.3 Megapixel with a 1.67x filter factor. I checked the
DCS-3 on my lens calculator, and found out that a wide angle
like the 20mm produces the equivalent view as a 35mm lens!

A Powershot Pro-90 IS (2.6 Megapixel), G1 (3 MP) or G2 (4 MP)
will produce much better pictures, with a similar EOS-like
interface. Well, except for the shutter speed limitation
with the lens stopped down. And the incompatibility with EZ
flash. And the poor compatibility with EX flash.

Well, the DCS-3 supposed does badly with TTL flash too :-)
Can you report if this is true? How about A-TTL?

Cheers
Julian Loke
