Well we did the group shots today. Pretty interesting. He used the 20-35. They were outdoor shots, and we had to get about 100 kids in one shot. Interesting flash set up, out in the school yard. About 3-4 flashes with umbrellas on about 15-20-foot high stands in the distance, and then two flashes in cans on either side up close. I'll be interested to see how they come out. I asked him again about the static electricity thing, and he's really not quite sure what happened, but siad he'd heard of others having the problem. He said he took the microdrive out of the camera, and then walked up a couple of stories to where the computer was to load it into a reader. I asked, "as opposed to what?" to which he replied, "taking the camera to the computer and pulling the microdrive right there. " So he thinks possibly static from carpets or something may have caused the microdrive to crash, but really isn't sure.
