Leaving packages without signature is the problem of UPS, if it gets
lost.
Some shipping companies around here even drop a note in your (for
everyone accessable) postbox outside stating where they left it
behind your house....anyone nosing in that postbox before me then
also knows where to find it.
Have seen it gone wrong a few times, also with company goods....tough
luck, but it's not my problem. No sig is no delivery.
(of course, it *is* your practical problem when the delivery was time-
critical, like photogear just before a holiday)
