Hartmut: Thanks for the reply.  The prop is a McCauley CM7150 The mechanic
checked it out last night and we can't seem to find anything. Plugs check
good (Clean, no oil etc.) Mag drop is right, Carb heat is correct . All
carb settings seem to be correct and we still can't get over 2200 RPM
What really has me stumped is the origional manual states a static RPM @
2175 to 2275.  The Type certificate #TC A-787 states for a IB90CM  on the
A2 Coupe the static RPM  at 2250 to 2375.  WHY THE DIFFERANCE !!!!!!!!
I talked to McCauley and they told me that it should be someware in the
top part of the RPM range per the Type Certif.
