Hi everyone,
Is there a legal or insurance downside of co-ownership (2 people)? I want to make sure the other party isn't responsible for a blunder I may make, causing them a financial fiasco (or vice versa).
I plan on having liability insurance for sure and possibly something to cover hangar rash.
Any advice is appreciated.
