This may not help, but... I purchased my 'coupe from Paul Anton in the
Seattle area.  The ferry pilot flew over the Rockies following I-90 in July
and said he had no problems.  I would make many short legs over the
mountains.  You'll be flying against the general air flow and weather can
change quickly.

I am planning to pick up a coup in Wisconsin and fly it to Seattle. 
Current I am planning to fly mid march but I am not sure what the best route
- especially across the rockies nor what weather to expect in April - Any
pilots out there familiar with the route?
