We need to drill anywhere possible, but no new nuclear power plants. I am a
consultant in nuclear power plants and nuclear is the dirtest source of power
in existance. Granted, when making power there is little pollution, but we now
have millions of tons of radioactive waste which has a 10,000 year half live
and will be dangerous for a million years. We have no method of destroying or
neutralizing the radioactivity and we accumulate more of the waste every day.
The government wants to store it in Nevada, but Nevadians oppose it.
