A petroleum geologist calls all environmentalists frauds (apparently that
includes all the scientists who hold a view different from his own).

That's just too ripe. Are we to take the opinion of a petroleum geologist who
would seem to have a vested interest in the oil industry, over those of the
majority of scientists (and BTW - our own CIA estimates!)? Get real.

The original post was just as political as Ralph's reply, and I guess that may
have been Ralphs point?

Yes, let's ALL keep it civil & respectful ( & real).

Fuel is and will continue to be an ongoing economic, strategic, & evironmental
issue. We have an entire national & global economy that is critically depedent
upon oil and corn. I sincerely hope for the sake of everyone who follows us
that we act responsibly and find sustainable solutions to our fuel & energy
issues. IMHO - to any rational objective observer, the current global
situation in clearly unsustainable, and must be addressed

A BIG thanks to Ed for all his ongoing efforts.
