You could disable Diameter protocol if you are not interested in that protocol. It's the Diameter dissector that is using libxml. You could disable it from Edit/Protocols ... if you are using Ethereal. But it may be better to change the port number for Diameter protcol to e.g. 0 (Edit/Preferences.../Protocols/Diameter/) or change the preference file manually.
